I just realized my “quote of the day” was not published earlier. Here I go again:

Many can try to bring you down, write things about you, use harsh words to degrade you, but, remember, regardless of what others say, still you can rise.

I will never forget the day I read “I know why the Caged bird sings” by Maya Angelou. I will always remember the day, hour, second I came across her work for the first time. It was amazing. I wish I could turn back time to be able to go to one of her readings and or events. She was and will always be one of my top favorite writers.
