Hello and welcome to Mrs. Lady Renaissance. Today’s fashion post consists of this green strapless dress I’ve been dying to wear, but my husband makes fun of me each and every time I try. I figured I could use it as a blog post. My post is a fun way to liven up my day by toying with a “Girl Scout” outfit to “Chess Master” ensemble.
Green Strapless Dress: Abercrombie & Fitch purchased at Goodwill.
Gray Shirt: Burberry purchased at Goodwill.
Black Skirt: Bebe
Wine Cardigan: NY & Comp.
Nude Booties: Guess
Teal Heels: Charlotte Russe
Black Heels: G by Guess
Disclaimer: I am a mom of three and full time grad student. My “outfits of the day” reflect a low key stance focused on being “on the go” with a fun twist. I often down play the make-up and wear pieces that are contingent on running after a 2 year old. I rarely have time to do hair and nails, but that is simply a reflection of my busy schedule as a student, mother and wife. How do you Renaissance?
Why does he make fun of you for wearing it? It’s a nice dress.

Jerseygirlweb, he says it looks like a “girl scout dress” or like I should be playing the pipes. I love it though. Thank you for visiting my blog.
