According to Women’s Magazine, if you eat bacon, cheese and sugary foods, you trigger something in your brain that really pushes you to eat until you are stuffed and the need for more food lasts for up to 3 days. Can you believe this? In fact, sugar seems to enhance our “memory storage” causing us to remember its deliciousness during special occasions pushing us to want it. It is also stated that such foods trigger endorphins, making us feel OH SO GOOD inside! What an interesting fact right before the Christmas celebrations.
