“9 But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.'”
2 Corinthians 12:9New International Version (NIV)
Today’s Sermon Sunday is titled “when you don’t know what to do” by Pastor Diego from Abundant Living Family Church. It speaks about those difficult times where bewilderment and extreme adversity shake us up. The Pastor spoke about finally letting go of these burdens and allowing God to take over. We may find ourselves in such extreme circumstances where we can’t even place one foot in front of the other and life becomes hazy. These weaknesses may result in dire changes, but when these burdens and changes are handed over to God through prayer, he can change any situation. Today’s burdens are not the end nor do they result in a period, nor exclamation mark, nor any punctuation for that matter, for we have someone greater on our side that will find a moment of spoil then rest.
Note: I am not affiliated with ALFC in the sense that I am not being asked to write this (in fact, they don’t know I do this), but I enjoy attending my church–as I am a member–so much and I find that the preachings are so well put, I can’t resist writing about it.
