Fashion: A Renaissance Mom’s Waterworks Outfit of the Day

For today’s outfit, I wanted something fresh as our climate has been above 100 degrees. I was headed to a BBQ that was going to have some water works going on, so, I felt like I could kick off my wedges and, if necessary have fun with the kids in this outfit. It wasn’t a bathing suit, but fresh and comfortable enough to get wet in.

Vest: Gap

Caged back shirt: Charlotte Russe

Skirt: Charlotte Russe

Wedges: Victorias Secret

Belt: Guess

Clutch: Bakers

Necklace: Express

Disclaimer: I am a mom of three and full time grad student. My “outfits of the day” reflect a low key stance focused on being “on the go” with a fun twist. I often down play the make-up and wear pieces that are contingent on running after a 2 year old. I rarely have time to do hair and nails, but that is simply a reflection of my busy schedule as a student, mother and wife. How do you Renaissance?

Yes, more photo-love! Love the outfit, and the artistry of the middle photo. Arms thrown upwards free from your sides. It’s like you are hanging in a gallery. Just a matter of time I guess.
