Beauty: Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay

I have recently rediscovered this Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay that I purchased at Henry’s, or now Sprouts. The first time I tried it I was hooked, about 3-4 years ago. I decided I needed to begin conducting my home beauty sessions again and fell in love all over again. All you need is “ACV” or water and a spoonful of the clay. It will begin bubbling as you mix it. This is messy, so I would suggest you use a sandwich baggie or a disposable plate or cup.

Step 1: Scoop one spoonful of clay:

Step 2: 1-2 spoonfuls of ACV or water:

Step 3: Apply to your face. It will look like this:IMG_2438

Step 4: Once it begins drying it will begin to look like this:

Step 5: Once you notice that it is dry, do not simply rub off because you can damage your skin. Wet your face with a wash cloth or you can wash it off in the shower.

Note: Your face will look flushed pinkish-red as you begin to remove it. That is normal. It may remain that way for about 20 minutes.

The product states that it will make your face pulsate and boy does it ever. You should give it a try. I find that it is a great deep cleaning product, especially for those black heads.
